Hey, friend.

This platform is for individuals who want to break free of generational cycles and reframe the societal narrative for how we heal, love and take up space as Queer and/or BIPOC people.

Come as your whole self

This is a space designed to make you feel accepted, seen, honored and protected. A space where you are safe. A space where you have the luxury of rest, relaxation and self care. A space for healing and connection.

Meet the Founder

  • Sun Ramocan, MPH (she/her)

    FOUNDER

Sun attended Bowling Green State University and obtained her BAHS in healthcare administration with a dual minor in business and psychology. She then achieved her MPH in mental health and wellbeing at the University of Colorado Anschutz. Sun has active NLP, Reiki II and DEI certifications. She has a formal background in patient advocacy research working in nonprofit and consulting industries primarily focusing on hearing the stories and lived experiences of individuals through interviews, surveys, and groups she facilitates.

She is a queer, Indo- Caribbean immigrant, and first generation masters graduate. She was adopted, abused and lost both her parents at 11 years old to deportation, then again by age 23 when they both passed.

She is passionate about mental health wellness among intersectional populations, self love practices and reimagining one’s self concept, breaking free of generational traumas, living with grief, reconnecting to ancestral lineage, healing through spirituality, enjoying nature, and her golden doodle, Sullivan.

Sun is avidly involved in the queer and BIPOC communities as a podcast host of p.s. lover girls and board secretary to a queer and trans nonprofit, Queer Asterisk. Her inspiration for starting TLBN was to further equip the communities she represents with support and resources.

She has always loved 1:1 and small group connection and has felt called to integrate her love for people with her unique knowledge and skill set to serve her communities.
