Hey, friend.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Life transitions, loss, relationship shifts, and the quiet unraveling that happens when you've been strong for too long. This is a space to put it all down, look at it honestly, and find your way back to yourself.

‍ ‍

Come as your whole self

This isn't therapy. It's not a program you push through or a course you complete.

It's a relationship between you and someone who has walked through loss, displacement, reinvention, and grief, and who has spent years building the skills to hold space for yours.

At the center of it all is one belief: your relationship with yourself shapes everything else. How you love. How you work. How you grieve. How you heal. That's where we start.

Who This Is For

You might be here because:

You're moving through a loss of a relationship, a person, or a version of yourself. You're navigating a major life transition like a breakup, a conscious uncoupling, a career shift, or a new relationship. You're carrying grief that doesn't have a simple name. You're a Queer or BIPOC person who needs a space where your full identity is not just accepted, but honored. You want support that holds your whole self, emotional, energetic, physical, and spiritual, not just the parts that are easy to talk about.

All are welcome here. QTBIPOC communities are especially at home.

    HEALER AND COACH

Sun has always been drawn to people in the middle of things. Not after the dust settles, but in the tender, uncertain space of becoming.

She grew up as a queer, Indo-Caribbean immigrant and first-generation graduate student, and she knows what it is to carry more than one kind of loss at once. She was adopted as a child, survived abuse, and lost both of her parents twice, first to deportation when she was 11, and then again to death by the time she was 23. She has lived inside grief, displacement, and the kind of identity reckoning that comes when the structures you were given don't hold.

That experience didn't make her a coach. But it made her someone who understands, genuinely, not theoretically, what it means to rebuild yourself from the inside out.

What made her a coach is everything she has spent years learning and practicing in order to do this work well.

Sun holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Healthcare Administration with dual minors in Business and Psychology from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Public Health in Mental Health and Wellbeing from the University of Colorado. Her formal background is in patient advocacy and mental health, with a particular focus on hearing and honoring the lived experiences of individuals through interviews, facilitation, and group work. She has completed extensive diversity, equity, and inclusion training, holds an NLP certification, and is currently completing her coaching certification through the Holistic Coach Training Institute, a program recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

As a Kundalini Reiki Master, Sun is attuned to a wide range of healing modalities including Balance Reiki, Diamond Reiki, Crystalline Reiki, DNA Reiki, Conception Reiki, Location Reiki, Past Life Reiki, Parallel Life Reiki, and Distance Healing Reiki. Her training also includes work with marma points, the subtle energy centers rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, which she weaves into her energetic healing practice. Her sound healing work is grounded in the same trauma-informed, whole-person philosophy that anchors everything she does.

Sun is the host of the p.s. lover girls podcast and serves as board secretary to Queer Asterisk, a queer and trans mental health nonprofit. She is endlessly passionate about mental health and healing among intersectional communities, the practice of self-love as a genuine discipline, and the work of breaking free from generational patterns while remaining connected to ancestral wisdom.

She lives in Colorado with her golden doodle, Sullivan.
